Refund and Cancellation Policy

Jai Hind Bro believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

● Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order, after 48 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

● No cancellations are entertained for those products that our marketing team has obtained on special occasions, festivals, sales etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

● To raise an order cancellation request, please email us at jaihindbro9@gmail.com with your concerned issue.

● Once a cancellation request is raised, we will look into the matter and you will receive a revert or a confirmation email within 2 working days from our end.

FOR REFUND:

Refund will be processed within 7-10 Working Days (From the Date of Pickup) through the Same mode as it was previously received. It might take 10-12 Working Days for the refund amount to reflect on your Bank/Credit Card Statement.

A Reverse Pickup Charge of ₹100 will be deducted and the balance amount will be Refunded.

(P.S: Every Reverse pickup attempt will incur fee of ₹100)
